Research shows that up to 75% of our immune system is located in our gut (main pathway where stress enter the body). Our “gut instincts” helps us navigate through adverse situations. Exposure to adverse experiences has a constrictive effect on our abdominal organs (heart, lungs, liver, colon, bladder, etc.) leading to many chronic and acute health conditions.

Our “Gut Instinct” especially in childhood helps us navigate through adverse situations. Repeated years of exposure to adverse experiences in our developmental years, has a constrictive effect on our abdominal organs (heart, lungs, liver colon, bladder, etc.). It starves them of vital nutrients which can lead to chronic health problems. Physically we can massage the abdomen to release stress: but to get a lasting result for chronic health conditions we need to be able to help people connect with, and free the emotions that trapped the tension in their body in the first place.
